CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cricket Auction is free to play. Support payments are voluntary one-time contributions to the developer, made through Razorpay. No product or service is bought, so this policy is short.

1. Refunds

Because a support payment is voluntary and nothing is delivered in exchange, it is generally not refundable. We will refund it in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same payment;
• you paid the wrong amount by mistake;
• the payment was made without your permission.

2. How to request a refund

Email kommanasriram735@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with pay_), the date, the amount and the reason. We reply within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

3. Cancellations

Support payments are one-time payments, never subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. If you want to undo a payment you just made, use the refund request above.

4. Failed payments

If a payment fails but money left your account, your bank or Razorpay normally reverses it automatically within 5–7 working days. If it has not come back after that, email us with the details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Nothing is sold or shipped. The game is delivered online, free, to everyone, and no physical goods are involved.
